About Noble Forum
Noble Forum is a private membership community for physician executives.
It was founded in 2024 by two physician executives who kept running into the same problem: people who trained as physicians and now lead organizations occupy a narrow professional space, and there was nowhere built for them. Peers who understand both the clinical instinct and the operating reality are hard to find, and harder to find in a room where the conversation can be candid.
Noble exists to be that room.
Who belongs here
Membership is by invitation. Members are physicians who are also C-suite leaders or the equivalent - CEOs, board members and senior executives. Members lead organizations across and beyond healthcare; a healthcare employer is not a requirement.
We also admit a select number of physicians who are not yet C-suite but are rising within their organizations.
What we do
Noble membership is a set of ongoing programs, not a single event.
Peer Forums
Virtual cohorts of 6 to 12 physician executives that meet every one to two months. Self-facilitated and confidential, built around what members are working through right now.
The Summit
Noble's annual in-person gathering, bringing the membership together for programming, working sessions and time with peers.
1:1 Connections
Direct introductions between members, matched on role, sector, or a specific question a member is trying to answer.
Coaching
Executive coaching for members navigating a transition, a new mandate, or board-level responsibility.
Noble Experiences
Smaller in-person gatherings through the year, including regional dinners, where members meet outside the forum format.
Digital Dialogues
Live virtual sessions on what's moving through healthcare, with peers and invited guests.
Digital Engagement Channels
Member-only channels where members ask questions and trade what's working, between sessions.
Member App
Where members manage their profile, RSVP to events and experiences, see their forum schedule and stay connected to the community.
