Noble Community Guidelines

Noble is built on trust. These guidelines describe what every member commits to, and what every member can expect in return. They apply across all Noble spaces — peer forums, events, the Noble app, one-to-one connections, and any setting where members meet as members.
Every member agrees to these commitments when they join.
The Commitments
Confidentiality
I commit to keeping everything shared within Noble, whether in person or online, strictly confidential, under the Chatham House Rule.
The Chatham House Rule means participants are free to use the information and ideas they hear, but may not reveal the identity, affiliation, or specific comments of any speaker.
Responsiveness
I commit to showing up for my fellow members. When a peer reaches out, I will make my best effort to respond thoughtfully and promptly.
Engagement & Respect
I commit to engaging with specificity and good faith, treating every member with the highest respect, and assuming positive intent in return.
Non-Solicitation
I commit to not using Noble to solicit, sell, recruit, or fundraise from members. Our connections are built on trust, not transactions.
Enforcement
Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination from Noble and an email to all members with an explanation of the removal.
Noble may also suspend or terminate a Membership for a breach of any other commitment above. Where a situation allows for it, we will raise a concern with the member directly first.
Noble Community Values
The commitments above are what members agree to. These values are what we are trying to build together.
We All Belong
Noble members come from diverse backgrounds: age, geography, race, gender, ideology, and more. This is our strength. At Noble we foster a sense of respect, belonging, and welcome for all.
Be Courageous
Every member has taken the step to grow personally and professionally. Growth is never easy. We ask that each member come with an open mind and an open heart, knowing that each conversation is a step in this journey.
Complete Confidentiality
At Noble, members are able to share and express themselves freely. Unless it is explicitly given, all conversations between members are confidential.
Give Freely
Successful communities are built on a simple foundation: give more than you take. Our spirit of opportunity and abundance benefits members in expected, and unexpected, ways.
We Are Committed
Noble is an active community. We take the work of building community seriously and work hard to give you the best experience. We know that members who share their attention, insights, relationships, and opportunities will benefit most.
